Dr. Alberta C. Wilson (President, CEO)
Dr. Wilson has spent the past 20 years in Christian education as a day school teacher and principal.  She most recently has served as the principal of the Beulah Baptist Christian Day School for the period of 5 years until her June 2002 resignation.  After the public schools were taken over by the state of Pennsylvania due to their failing condition she incorporated Faith First Educational Assistance Corporation to assist parents in finding an alternate solution.  Dr. Wilson earned her Doctorate in Religious Education from Tabernacle Baptist Theological Seminary in Virginia Beach, VA.  She has been married to her husband, Woodrow L. Wilson, for 33 years.

Mr. Woodrow L. Wilson (Vice President)               
Mr. Wilson is retired Navy having served his country for 20 years with 8 months of those years spent in Operation Desert Storm in Iraq.  He is a graduate of Tabernacle Baptist Bible College with an Associate Degree in English Bible.  Mr. Wilson has been married to Alberta C. Wilson for 33 years.  Mr. Wilson is an ordained deacon and teaches and preaches the Word of God.

Dr. Bessie F. Crawford (Asst. Treasurer/ Secretary Philadelphia)
Dr. Bessie F. Crawford has a BA in English from Livingstone College, Salisbury, NC, a Master of Arts in Communication from Norfolk State University in Norfolk, VA and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Rhetoric and Linguistics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana, Pennsylvania.  Dr. Crawford has done studies at ten colleges and universities throughout America.  She has taught from middle school through graduate level.  She is currently an adjunct teacher at Community College of Philadelphia.  Dr. Crawford has done administrative work for the Army ROTC program called Enhanced Skills Training Program which helps to enhance college cadets in the area of reading and math.  This program was a model program for the other 19 historically black colleges.  She has been a lifelong volunteer in many areas including the military, Boy Scouts of America, Head Start Programs, certified literacy tutor, and inner city elementary schools.  Dr. Crawford is a missionary and pastor’s wife who currently serves in the North Philadelphia area with her husband.  She considers this her greatest calling.  She is the mother of two sons and four grandchildren.

Dr. William L. Banks (Advisor)
Dr. Banks has served as pastor of the Nazarene Baptist Church for thirteen and one-half years as well as Union Baptist Church for thirteen and one-half years.  He has also served as pastor of the Faith Fellowship Baptist Church for twelve years.  He is currently the Bible expositor for the Pastor’s Conference.  He has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.D. from Lincoln Seminary.  He also has a Master of Theology degree and Doctor of Ministry degree from Eastern Baptist Theology Seminary.  He is the author of several books.  He speaks across the country at Bible Conferences and Missions Conferences, etc.

Advisory Board Members

Mr. Don Dobbs
Mr. Dobbs is president of Teamway Builders, Inc. a national construction management firm specializing in churches and Christian schools.  He joined the company in 1987 as director of New Development and assumed his current duties in 1990.  Mr. Dobbs believes his major goal is to fulfill the company mission statement, “We seek to strengthen the souls of men and women by using our best resources to produce facilities that are practical, pleasant and valuable in the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ.”  He and Mary, his wife of 48 years, reside in Greenville, South Carolina and have five grown children.

Mrs. June Fike (honorary member) (Prayer Support)
Mrs. Fike retired from Campbell Soup Company after 25 years.  She has five grown children and is a foster parent to five additional children, three of which still reside in her home.  Mrs. Fike has mentored many children during her lifetime and has opened her home to neighborhood children in hope of giving them a safe haven.

Dr. Ray Fulayter (Virginia Treasurer)
Dr. Fulayter is the Director of the Baptist Association of Biblical Counselors and also serves as Assistant Pastor of Tabernacle Baptist Church where he serves full time as a Nouthetic Counselor.  He is the Dean of Students at the Tabernacle Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary.  Dr. Fulayter also serves as a Professor and Dean of the School of Biblical Counseling.  He has served in the past as Finance Office Manager, as well as Principal of a Christian school.  He has numerous degrees, i.e., Master of Arts, Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Religious Education Degree.  He is a member of the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors and has done over three thousand hours of intensive counseling of young people and families in various ministries and schools.  Dr. Fulayter has trained many counselors in both colleges and seminaries.  He is married to Dr. Sherrill Fulayter and they have three grown children and three grandchildren.

Mr. Gerry Rogers (Emeritus)
Mr. Rogers is the president of Mr. Rogers Windows, a window replacement and vinyl siding company, which he incorporated in 1986.  He currently has two showrooms, one in Chesapeake, VA and the other in York Town Virginia.  The third showroom is in North Carolina.  Mr. Rogers’ philanthropic work via Mr. Rogers Foundation centers on children and extends throughout the United States and abroad. Mr. Rogers son, Andrew has accompanied his father on the Philadelphia mission journey to help children stay in Christian schools.  Mr. Rogers’ business has grown steadily over the years because he takes good care of his customers and his employees. Mr. Rogers has built his business by this quote, “When you take care of people, they tell their neighbors and friends.”  He believes that it has been this practice that has caused him to become the second largest window replacement retailer in the country and the largest in the state of Virginia.

Detective Regina Missouri (Prayer Support) 
Det. Missouri is currently employed with the City of Philadelphia as a Police Detective; assigned to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  EAP serves as the counseling arm for the Police Department.  Counselors within this unit respond to all incidents involving the death, critical or gun-shot injury to an employee, personal or professional issues concerning the health and welfare of an employee, etc. 

Det. Missouri is a new member of Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church, Philadelphia, PA, where, Reverend Dr. Alyn E. Waller is Senior Pastor.  Prior to this membership, she was a member of Beulah Baptist Church for nearly 15 years.

Det. Missouri is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University in Langhorne, PA.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and a Masters of Science in Christian Counseling. She is endeavors to become Licensed in Christian Counseling.  Det. Missouri is a prayer warrior.  If called at or around 6:00 a.m. you will always find that she is doing business with God in prayer.
